GENERAL RENT CONDITIONS
1- RESERVATION
The reservation is definitely confirmed only on receipt of the "reserve rent" that the Immobiliare Faro send immediately after receiving the deposit.

2- PAYMENT
1/3 of the rental amount must be paid as deposit directly to Immobiliare Faro by bank transfer.
The balance of the rent must be paid on arrival, together with the delivery of the keys.

3- CANCELLATION
For no reason will the deposit be returned.
If the applicant isforced to cancel the booking, he must give a written notice  atleast 5 weeks before the start of the stay. Otherwise,  you willbe prompted to execute the contract

4- ARRIVAL
You must arrive on the appointed day, between 16.00 and 20.00. In case of delay please notify promptly the Immobiliare Faro, otherwise the apartment will be available only for the next 3 days after which it may be rented again with the consequences for the customer mentioned in point 3. Upon arrival must be shown for recording the identity documents of all persons who will occupy the apartment.

5- STANDARDS OF LIVING
And 'forbidden to accommodate a greater number of people than is provided for in the number of beds indicated in our offer.
Pets can be taken only when authorized and the tenant will be required to do a thorough cleaning at the end of the stay, making sure not to leave hairs or droppings.
All guests are required to comply with the Rules of Procedure and to scrupulously observe the rules concerning the quiet, especially in the afternoon and night.
in the case of non-compliance the tenant must vacate the apartment without the timely return of rent paid

6- APARTMENT EQUIPMENT
All apartments are fully furnished and equipped with kitchen, refrigerator, kitchen utensils, hot and cold water.
The linen, towels and tea towels are not provided in the apartments.

7- DEPARTURE
The apartment must be vacated by 10.00 am on the appointed day. The departure must take place at the scheduled time in order to allow staff to control the state of maintenance.
The Immobiliare Faro may authorize departures at night or during the hours, reserving the right to withhold the deposit referred to the next step and send it by mail after making the necessary checks.
The apartment must be left clean, no garbage (or waste), with the dishes washed, the fridge defrosted.

8- DEPOSIT
The tenant agrees to take the utmost care of the apartment and of its equipment.
Any damage must be paid at the list price. A guarantee for the observance of what is written and the commitment to leave the apartment tidy on departure.
The customer is required to pay upon arrival a deposit of € 50,000. This deposit will be refunded upon departure after checking the apartment.
